Mark’s purpose is to lead, inspire, and create growth for people, businesses and brands. His diverse experience spans multiple industries and markets working with multinational corporations to small and medium sized businesses. Mark evolved the original business model from management consulting to a full service consulting agency; Sentius. The lack of sleep from running an agency is made up for by the inspiring Sentius team, meditation, exercise, constant caffeine, and continual focus on balance. Three things Mark does not do are: waiting in lines, travel on trams and dancing (unless after midnight).

Nicky is a marketer and strategist through and through, with over 25 years of experience in the industry, holding senior level roles for BP, Colonial and Sensis. Ginger (as we call her), loves the diversity of work at Sentius, especially when it comes to working with different industries, brands, businesses and clients on a daily basis. There's never a boring day in the life of Ginger at Sentius. Known as the Ginger Ninja after 5pm, Nicky swaps the laptop for a pair of boxing gloves. She loves fitness and martial arts and has just started karate lessons. Watch out world!

Christian brings a plethora of knowledge and experience to the Sentius team with over three decades working in marketing consulting and running agencies in the United States, Asia Pacific and Australia. As Director of Partnerships and Growth, Christian identifies, fosters and initiates strategic partnerships with organisations and oversees new business development. When he's not creating growth strategies, you'll find Christian playing guitar, or enjoying a meal with his four children. What he loves most about Sentius? Proud passionate people perpetually producing premium performance (try and say that five times fast).

Steven Wallace built his first website in 1996, and the rest is history. As the Director of Sentius Systems, Steve oversees website hosting and maintenance, in addition to playing critical client relationship, technical support and business development roles. He's passionate about self-development; we love his enthusiasm for learning and constant stream of ideas! In his free time you'll find Steve spending time with his kids, reading sci-fi or training Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. He's got a knack for music, playing the guitar and more recently learning the digeridoo. He has also made guest appearances as the official DJ at Sentius parties.

David has 4+ years of experience in digital marketing and strategy working across a range of industries and business types. As a Senior Client Strategy Manager, he is most passionate about using strategy to help clients to more effectively communicate with their market. David is a proud father, Collingwood supporter and DIY weekend warrior who spends way too much time at Bunnings, and has a knack for purchasing tools he usually never uses again. We also hear David has a few magic tricks up his sleeve. If you're lucky enough to catch him with a deck of cards, be sure to ask for a trick.

Scott is passionate about all things tech and webdev, which is fitting for his role overseeing website operations and projects. Everything website related goes through Scott who brings exceptional technological knowhow and expertise to the team and our clients. Scott is also responsible for overseeing the Sentius Vietnam office and operations. Scott's idol is Elon Musk (fitting, right?), and his claim to fame is riding a bike from Townsville to Cairns (we're feeling out of breath just reading this). Scott's cool, calm and collected personality (even when web things get heated) brings a sense of balance to the team.

Tharindu is a passionate digital marketing specialist with over 10 years experience planning and executing cross-channel digital media campaigns in Asia Pacific and Australia. He is also known as the SEO wizard due to his extensive knowledge and technical skill when it comes to search. Tharindu enjoys the range and variety of industries and businesses he gets to work with at Sentius, along with the continual opportunity for learning and the team culture. When he's not whipping up SEO strategies, or informing us on Google's latest algorithm update, Tharindu loves gaming and DIY projects at home.

Kim is an experienced market insights and customer experience professional with over 15 years working across B2B and B2C markets. As a Client Strategy Manager at Sentius, Kim oversees website builds, digital marketing campaigns, and works with clients to develop strategies. Kim's strong background in market research adds an extra level of analytical focus and precision to all her projects. In her spare time, she's a garden dabbler (with the greenest thumb in all of Sentius), and a loves spending time with her family, friends, and 8 year old daughter who pressures her into doing cartwheels in the garden. We're waiting for her 2021 Olympics debut.

Ember brings over 10 years of digital marketing and strategy expertise to the Sentius team. Originally hailing from the US, Ember has experience working across American and Australian markets, with a stint as a digital nomad in Central Asia (fun fact, the WIFI speed in Tajikistan is 0.15 Mbps AKA the worst place ever for a digital nomad). Ember is passionate about educating clients in digital and strategy tactics, and witnessing the growth outcomes of a great strategy. When she's not hiding behind a laptop, Ember loves to travel, hit the gym, visit Bunnings and fail at DIY projects she finds on Pinterest.

Melanie brings over 20 years of digital project and marketing expertise to the Sentius team. As Senior Consultant of Digital Projects, Melanie oversees digital projects such as websites, app developments, MVPs, and more, from strategy to deployment. She loves the diversity of clients and variety of projects at Sentius. Melanie's biggest career accomplishment is completing an intensive on digital strategy at Harvard Business School. "My mind was numb by the end but it was the most amazing experience," she says. When she's not strategising, Mel enjoys spending time with friends, listening to true crime podcasts, and her new found hobby of axe throwing!

As Client Strategy Manager, Jonathon oversees strategy development and implementation across a range of digital areas and clients. He brings an in-depth understanding of search, social, CRM and marketing automation to his clients, along with extensive client management experience. The best part about his job? Being able to connect new world tech and old world strategy; bridging the gap and cutting through the noise. Jonathon loves a good Negroni on the weekends, and is a prolific consumer of music, NBA related content, and books on the beforementioned topics.

Madison is our resident paid media gun with over six years of experience in performance marketing. She is responsible for the ideation, execution and optimisation of strategic advertising campaigns designed to meet and exceed client objectives. In other words, Madison lives and breathes Facebook and LinkedIn ads, and terms like optimisation, pixel, and CPA are all part of her daily lingo. When she's not smashing it on the CPA front, Madison loves spending time with her daughter, sipping on an Aperol spritz or planning her next holiday to Japan (her favourite holiday destination).

As a Senior Client Campaign Manager Ann oversees strategy development, digital marketing campaigns and website projects, playing a key client relationship management role. A woman of many talents, Ann is also an Officer Cadet in the Australian Army, and the unofficial Sentius personal trainer, leading our weekly Sups and Pups office boot camp. When not strategising a campaign or beating us at boot camp, Ann loves hitting the gym (geesh!), making cake and feeding it to us (no complaints here), and sipping on a nice gin.

The most satisfying part of Mile's job is being able to help clients solve complex business problems in a challenging and ever changing digital environment. As Senior Client Campaign Manager, Miles is responsible for overseeing campaign performance, strategy and client relationships. He's been in the industry for over six years with a plethora of industry and client experience under his belt. Outside of the office, Miles is a music and fitness fanatic. You'll find him recording episodes for his music podcast or smashing a new running or cycling PB record on his Strava app. He even managed to run a half marathon during lockdown, within his 5km radius. We call that motivation! Oddly enough, Miles has never tasted coffee despite growing up in Melbourne (we still don't know how he functions). 

Praneeth is our resident paid media whiz, and whipping up top performing Google, Bing and Facebook ad campaigns are his bread and butter. Terms like CPC, CPL, quality score and data feed are all part of his daily lingo. Praneeth sees each day as a new opportunity to be creative, reach millions and make meaningful changes through his ad campaigns. His secret hack to stay focused at work is picking one song and playing it on repeat over and over until it just becomes white noise. Praneeth is always up for a strategy challenge, whether in or out of the office. He can never pass up a good game of chess with a mate. 

Mercedes Donald is a paid media gun who lives and breathes digital advertising. Google, YouTube, Microsoft, Programmatic ads – you name it, she does it. As Campaign Strategy Manger for paid media, Mercedes is responsible for developing and leading the strategy, end-to-end analysis, implementation and optimisation of paid digital activity. Outside of work, she’s an avid golfer and has a black belt in Taekwondo! Her cocktail of choice is an espresso martini (solid!).

Shira brings a wealth of knowledge and creativity to Sentius with a broad range of experience across multiple industries and agencies. As a campaign manager for paid social, Shira is responsible for campaign ideation and implementation across all social platforms. She loves the cross-section of creativity, learning and strategic thinking she is exposed to on a daily basis. As a designer in a previous life, Shira loves all things creative and has a special knack for making things by hand. Hand lettering, collage and illustration are her favourites. When she's not thinking up social campaign ideas or working on a hand craft, you'll find Shira out on mini adventures or hanging with her pug, Waffles. 

Mia is a PR and Content Marketing guru with a passion for helping people and clients see and reach their potential. She loves the variety of clients at Sentius and the opportunity to be creative and strategic with social media and content campaigns. Mia is also a certified Iyengar Yoga Teacher, delivering weekly yoga and meditation sessions to help keep the Sentius team balanced and centred. Mia's Sentius party trick is the ability to flare her nostrils and make a dimple in her chin. She can't catch a ball, but she's all over that nostril flare!

Travis brings over 22 years of campaign strategy development, consulting, and media production experience to the Sentius team. As a Content Production and Marketing Consultant, Travis is responsible for developing and delivering social media content campaigns and managing media production projects from start to finish. Travis is a man of many talents. When he's not working his social media magic, he doubles as a singer, wine tour host, and corporate gameshow host. His outgoing personality, eternal enthusiasm and wild zoom call outfits bring smiles and laughter to the Sentius team and clients.

Jessica was born a writer. Well, she's been writing since she was old enough to hold a pencil. As a kid, she wrote little books on folded A4 pieces of paper for her friends and teachers. The rest is history. As Senior Writer and Team Lead at Sentius, Jessica oversees our growing team of content creators and uses her own creativity to craft stories about brands and businesses. Originally hailing from Western Australia, Jessica swapped sunny beaches for coffee culture six years ago and hasn't looked back. On the weekends you'll find her exploring other facets of her creativity; she loves trying new artistic makeup looks, or indulging her affinity for hot chips. 

Megan is a content and social media guru responsible for planning, strategising and delivering all types of content from emails, to blogs and social media posts. Her interests and hobbies range from hip hop dancing (hello so you think you can dance) to planning elaborate dinner parties (we're still waiting for an invite) and hitting the F45 gym. She's loves the positive energy and caring culture of Sentius along with the ability to achieve work-life balance.

Nadia helps companies find their voice through copywriting and various visual mediums. The most important trait of a content strategist is the ability to create a consistent experience across multiple platforms and channels. Nadia is a star when it comes delivering exceptional content that conveys the right brand values, tone of voice and is aligned to each business’s goals. In her free time, Nadia loves a good virgin bloody mary (no pun intended) and has a knack for collecting vintage cassette tapes whilst travelling! She loves perusing local shops and buying cassettes from local artists then listen to them on a Walkman. She swears she’s not a hipster!

Sarah has a passion for creativity, which makes her perfect when it comes to her role of developing and writing social and content. She loves the wide range of different clients from various industries she gets to work with. There is never a dull day in the life of Sarah! Sarah loves to learn, and always has a new hobby on the go. Her latest is sewing (and she promised to make us some Sentius swag). Outside of work, she loves attending gigs (in a previous life she Managed the Princess Theatre), sipping on pale ales and an occasional Negroni.

As a content writer, Emily is responsible for creating website, blog, and social media content for Sentius clients. Great research is required to write great content, and Emily loves learning anything and everything. Her favourite part of her job is the client diversity and getting to learn about businesses and industries that many people don’t even know exist. She holds a bachelor’s degree in English and is a literature lover and self-proclaimed book worm. Her book collection spans six large bookshelves and you’ll never catch her empty-handed without a book. Keeping that in mind, we don’t suggest you try to talk to her about literature because once she gets started, she can’t stop.

Rod has a longstanding history working in the advertising industry. He's ran agencies and managed teams and campaigns across Asia Pacific and Australia and is responsible for the prominent "Keep the Bastards Honest" political campaign. Rod plays an Account Director role at Sentius working with select clients and providing sage advice to the team when it comes to creative campaigns. Passionate about all things fitness (especially tennis), gardening, and art, Rod has brought his creative energy into the office and is responsible for the perfectly Pantone matched Sentius green walls.

Lauren is a longstanding valued member of the Sentius design team. She has worked on everything from website designs, to logos, trade catalogues, and even a few vehicle skin designs. As a Sentius designer, Lauren loves the variety of clients and diverse work she gets to undertake on a daily basis. She's passionate about spending time with friends, family and her new bub. On the weekends, you'll probably find her at a live concert, sitting around a campfire or at a CrossFit class. Sadly, Lauren doesn't like cake. We're working on converting her.

Mark is obsessed with logos. He thinks about them when he wakes up in the morning, he stares at them on a computer screen all day. If logos were food, he would probably eat them. Mark is a longstanding Sentius employee with over eight years of delivering brand identity, digital, and print design genius for our clients. Mark is truly a global citizen with residency in the United States, Romania and Australia. His favourite city in the world? Athens. The Parthenon feels like stepping through a time portal.

Sarah became a designer to improve how things are done, how they work, and ultimately to make the world a better place. With over 14 years of experience, she's certainly helped improve the lives (and websites) of many clients. The ever changing design landscape allows Sarah to push her creative boundaries - an opportunity she will never say no to. Creative collaboration and working with a supportive and driven team is what she loves most about Sentius. When she's not flexing her creativity muscles, you'll find Sarah buried in a good book, walking Chewy the Moodle (aka Melbourne's cutest dog) or baking a sweet treat.

Sheng is a rarity in the digital marketing industry with design and developer capabilities, aka a digital diamond. Sheng wears many hats when it comes to website builds, working closely with client leads on strategy development, designing and building websites. According to Sheng, the best part about working in digital is "everything on the internet is considered research. "When not deep in code, she is the model Melburnian; she enjoys waking up with a coffee, cycling, yoga, painting and keeping her plants alive. 

With a background in software development and UX design, Jenny is geared up to tackle any web or user experience challenge our clients throw her way. As an Interactive Designer, Jenny works across both development and design projects with a strong focus on user experience. The most rewarding part of her job is the ability to have an impact and be a part of a product's journey from start to finish and see how it affects users and contributes to the real world. Outside of the office, you'll find Jenny going out for hikes with her fur babies, checking out new restaurants, or gaming on the weekends. Jenny's biggest feat in life is going sky diving, despite her extreme aerophobia (fear of airplanes and flying).

Vivy’s favourite part of being a designer is getting to design beautiful websites and digital assets for clients from a wide range of businesses and industries. She loves the diversity of work at Sentius – no two days are ever the same! When she’s not in the design studio, you’ll find Vivy expanding her plant collection (we hear she has WAY too many), or dreaming of escaping Melbourne winter to swim with sea turtles. A few years back Vivy hiked to Mount Everest base camp. She is convinced she has walked enough for this lifetime, and now refuses to walk up any hill. 

Marisa is most well known as an actor on TV series such as Neighbours,  Blue Heelers and Winners & Losers. Born into a stage family Marisa completed her study at the National Theatre Drama School and then trained as an actor in the UK with The (elite) Royal Shakespeare Company. Currently you can see and hear Marisa on TV Commercials and performing in local theatre productions.  With Sentius, Marisa supports the direction and casting of media productions and has featured roles in many client productions. When not performing Marisa is a qualified kinesiologist helping people to face, grow and live through life's challenges. In her spare time Marisa loves to read, meditate, walk, sip on a Negroni, and spend time with her new found love: Elke (the Cavoodle).

Michelle is the official number cruncher and spreadsheet master of Sentius, overseeing accounts and administration. With a Masters of Finance and as a qualified CPA, even she admits, "finance is boring, but the Sentius team makes my job fun." We're not gonna lie, we do consider ourselves a fun bunch. When not buried in accounts, Michelle loves spending time with her new baby, cooking traditional Chinese food and eating food. All types, as long as it's delicious.

Bien is our Vietnam Team Lead overseeing all website operations. He's particularly passionate about front end development, personal growth and coaching his team. Bien's idol is Steve Jobs and he lives by the motto, "the only way to do great work is to love what you do." Bien loves the friendly culture at Sentius and views the team as his second family. When he's not coding websites, Bien loves to play football, read books and spend time with friends.

Alfie is a key member of the Sentius Vietnam team, responsible for managing website development projects from start to finish and ensuring everything runs smoothly. He loves the constantly evolving dev industry and the community that goes along with it. He spends his free time gaming, playing pool with friends and steaking out the best rib restaurants in Hanoi (yum!). He also speaks Japanese! こんにちは

As a QA Tester with a sharp eye for detail, Linh is integral in our delivery of exceptional pixel perfect, word perfect website design (including making sure all that sneaky Latin placeholder text ACTUALLY gets deleted). Linh loves analysing websites and working in collaboration with development, design and strategy teams to assess the UX and improve overall function. She has a passion for learning, having completed two bachelor's degrees in just four years! Linh splits her time between Hanoi during the week, retreating to her hometown in the countryside on the weekends (sounds pretty nice to us). 

Ha is a Full Stack Developer with a broad range of experience in both front end and back end development. Ha most loves the collaborative environment at Sentius and friendly, down to earth atmosphere. His passions outside of work include spending time with family and friends, travelling.

Anthony loves coding, tech, and everything in-between. As a full stack developer, Anthony plays an integral role in all areas of development working across both front end and back end. He brings a broad range of capabilities to our team including Drupal 8, PHP, Mysql, MariaDB, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Docker, Linux, and others. Outside of work, Anthony is a keen traveller, loves swimming and cooking traditional Vietnamese food.

Bach brings over 5 years of experience working with WordPress and PHP framework to the Sentius team. He works with our Vietnam team across various web projects as a Fullstack Developer. When he's not writing code, Bach enjoys playing basketball, video games and reading books to stay on top of new technology developments. 
 

Hung Le is a skilled back end developer with over many years of experience coding. He's responsible for all the behind the scenes technical coding that brings websites and digital products to life. Outside of work, Hung loves to play sports and hit the gym. Christiano Ronaldo is his sports role model because of his endless dedication and hard work, resulting in his success as an athlete. In his spare time you will find Hung Le reading a book or catching up on technology news.

Thien has worked with WordPress and PHP frameworks for 4 years, including 2 years as a full-stack developer. He has been focusing on Backend work over the past year with the goal of progressing his knowledge and skills as a leading backend developer. In his free time he loves researching new technology, listening to IDM music and spending time with friends. 
 

Hoang Anh is a key member of the development team in our Sentius Vietnam office. He loves working for Sentius and the broad range of work and projects he gets to be involved with as a developer. Outside of Sentius, Hoang loves playing games and watching movies.

Huong loves to create beautiful websites. As a developer in our Vietnam office, she's responsible for making our cutting edge web designs a reality for our clients. She has a love for adventures (mostly travelling) and knowledge; studying arts and learning new programming languages. On the weekends, you will find Huong buried in a good book, singing karaoke, or partaking in various physical activities. Huong most admires her mother who played an integral role supporting her to get a college education, leading to her career as a developer.

As Quality Assurance Tester, Ngan has one of the most important roles - to ensure our websites are pixel perfect, all the t's crossed and i's dotted before delivering a final website project. In her role at Sentius, Ngan loves a good challenge, critical thinking and finding solutions to difficult problems. Outside of work, she enjoys music, horror films, and travel, especially when it involves a beach and beautiful sunsets.

Santosh is a key member of our SEO team responsible for planning, implementing and managing SEO strategies and overseeing the Sentius India office. He has been working with Sentius for over eight years, bringing a great deal of knowledge and SEO expertise to the team. Santosh's talents don't stop at SEO; he's got skills in the kitchen and can whip up a mean kheer, Gulab jamun, and jalebi (specialty Indian sweets). His non-food related passions include playing cricket and football, teaching math and doing social work.

Buddhini is the SEO whiz responsive for ensuring our client campaigns meet their performance targets. With over 7 years of experience in digital marketing and SEO, she loves the challenge of working in a constantly changing industry, and always learning. Originally hailing from Sri Lanka, Buddhini loves meeting and working with people from different backgrounds. Between the people she meets, industries and products she learns about on a daily basis, and staying on top of Google's every changing algorithm, it's safe to say a day in her job is never boring. When she's not running technical site assessments, Buddhini loves exploring Melbourne, baking and playing board games.

Lalit is part of the Sentius SEO team with an extreme level of technical knowledge when it comes to SEO. He loves the personal growth and progress he has been able to achieve through his work at Sentius, along with being part of a supportive, caring environment and being surrounded by a talented, dedicated team. Passionate about self growth, Lalit enjoys reading, playing badminton and hitting the gym in his free time.

Brajesh's biggest passion is learning about new technologies in the market and studying trends on the internet. As an SEO Technical Specialist, Brajesh is responsible for staying at the cutting edge of SEO best practice and implementing technical strategies for our clients. He loves the opportunity to constant learn and evolve his knowledge at Sentius, fulfilling his passions of learning about technology and internet trends. Brajesh is a big family man who values spending time with loved ones and friends. In his free time, he loves to cook and try out new recipes.

Ashu is passionate about all things tech and SEO and has been working in the industry for over five years. He's an avid traveller with a life mission to visit as many places as possible. His most recent trip was to Sikkim, Darjeeling and Nepal. Capri, Maldives and St. Lucia are next on the list. When not researching tech or travelling, you'll find him behind the bar mixing up new cocktail creations at a local cafe in Jaipur.

Pooja has over 12 years of experience working in SEO. She's a valued member of the Sentius team, having worked with Sentius for nearly nine years! Pooja is passionate about all things digital marketing with experience managing, developing, and growing SEO and project management teams. In her spare time, she loves cooking and travelling new places. Her favourite holiday destination is Goa.

Kusum loves data, artificial intelligence, and Google; the makings of a perfect SEO gun. Kusum has a long list of certifications including Google Tag Manager, SEMrush, Advanced Google Analytics, and Google Analytics for Power Users. As SEO Executive, Kusum helps with SEO campaign setup, day to day optimisation activities, and outreach activities. In her spare time, Kusum loves reading books, listening to music, and studying artificial intelligence (she even has her own blog about it!)

Purushottam loves software and technology, and loves that he gets to work in an industry he's passionate about every day. He's passionate about learning and likes the extreme focus Sentius places on knowledge, along with the supportive family atmosphere of the team. In his free time he loves spending time with his family, watching movies and cooking (we're still waiting on that dinner party invite).

Aayush joins the Sentius team as an SEO Trainee with a special interest in off-site SEO. Aayush likes reading and learning new things on the internet (especially if they have to do with SEO). In his spare time he enjoys spending time with his family and cooking and eating vegetarian food (yum!)
